Guido was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He played semi-pro soccer until age 17 – CA River Plate, C.A. Defensores de Belgrano.
In 2020, Guido moved to Montreat, North Carolina, to continue his studies, earning a walk-on scholarship for the Montreat Men’s soccer team (NAIA). He became team captain and played 2 seasons for Montreat College until his graduation.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in communication studies, Guido began hos coaching career at Carolina FC. He coached the U12 Boys Elite and U8 Boys Open League teams during the Spring and Fall of 2023 and the Spring of 2024. During his coaching duties at Carolina FC, Guido earned his grassroots license at the US Soccer Federation.
Guido joines Beachside CT in the winter of 2024 to stay involved with the sport he loves and has played ever since he was a kid. He wants to keep improving his coaching and leadership skills at Beachside CT, encouraging the players to learn and play the game passionately.
