Mickey Kydes<\/span> is the Founder and Director of Coaching of Beachside of Connecticut Soccer Club, widely recognized as one of the most elite and influential soccer development organizations in the United States.<\/p>

Since 1994, Kydes has built Beachside into a national benchmark for serious player development\u2014defined by structure, discipline, and a no-compromise standard for excellence. In 1996, he expanded his impact by founding Mickey Kydes Soccer, a professional coaching platform that has helped shape and educate thousands of players across Connecticut.<\/p>

A product of high-level youth, collegiate, and professional playing environments, Kydes developed a clear understanding early on: environments\u2014not just talent\u2014determine outcomes. That belief became the foundation of his methodology. His programs are demanding, deliberate, intentional, and built for players who are serious about maximizing their potential.<\/p>
