Mickey Kydes is the Founder and Director of Coaching of Beachside of Connecticut Soccer Club, widely recognized as one of the most elite and influential soccer development organizations in the United States.
Since 1994, Kydes has built Beachside into a national benchmark for serious player development—defined by structure, discipline, and a no-compromise standard for excellence. In 1996, he expanded his impact by founding Mickey Kydes Soccer, a professional coaching platform that has helped shape and educate thousands of players across Connecticut.
A product of high-level youth, collegiate, and professional playing environments, Kydes developed a clear understanding early on: environments—not just talent—determine outcomes. That belief became the foundation of his methodology. His programs are demanding, deliberate, intentional, and built for players who are serious about maximizing their potential.
